摘要
Abstract
Nephrotic syndrome is a kind of glomerular disease,and the underlying pathology is highly complex.Although renal biopsy is the gold standard for histological classification,it is not suitable for monitoring the condition because of its invasive and potential complications.Recent studies have shown that changes in serum miRNA levels are associated with nephrotic syndrome. In this paper,the author gives a brief introduction of expression level and clinical significance of serum miRNA in patients with nephrotic syndrome,to provide discuss for clinic.关键词
