西替利嗪联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察
Clinical observation of cetirizine combined with seretide in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of cetirizine combined with seretide in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:100 patients with bronchial asthma were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the control group was given antispasmodic,anti infection and symptomatic treatment,inhalation of seretide was applied at the same time,while the observation group was treated with oral administration of cetirizine on the basis of the control group,the curative effect was compared.Results:The duration of wheezing,duration of cough,shortness of breath duration,lung wheeze and moist rales duration,duration of heart rate acceleration of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group.PEF values were significantly higher than those in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100% higher than that of the control group of 80%,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cetirizine combined with seretide in the treatment of bronchial asthma,the clinical symptoms of patients disappear quickly,which has good curative effect.关键词
