摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of washed red blood cells in clinical treatment.Methods:81 patients treated with washed red blood cells were selected as the observation group.79 patients with the same disease treated with whole blood were selected as control group.We compared the red blood cell count,hemoglobin and blood transfusion adverse reaction.Results:The therapeutic effect of washed red blood cells and whole blood was similar(P>0.05),but the adverse reactions were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of transfusion of washed red blood cells was good,and it can reduce the adverse reactions of transfusion.关键词
