摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of super selective artery thrombolysis and intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:The study group was given super selective artery thrombolysis. The control group was given intravenous thrombolysis.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The NIHSS scores and BI scores of the two groups were gradually decreased with time,but there was no significant difference between groups at the same time.In the study group,the total recanalization rate of 84.09% was significantly better than 59.09% of the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:The short and long term effects of super selective artery thrombolysis and intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction were significant,and the security was good,but we need to strictly control the time window.关键词
