Selection of operative opportunity for adhesive intestinal obstruction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the selection of operative opportunity for adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods:60 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was transferred to surgical treatment because of ineffective non operative treatment. The observation group was treated by surgical treatment.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the mortality rate of 3.33% was significantly lower than 16.67% of the control group,and the probability of bowel resection and average length of stay were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In treatment process of adhesive intestinal obstruction,we should timely discover early intestinal strangulation,and take decisive surgery.The surgery should be sooner rather than later,and the operation syndrome should be wide not strict.关键词
