摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the curative effect of mosapride combined with azintamide in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods:80 patiens with bile reflux gastritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given hydrotalcite treatment.The observation group was given mosapride combined with azintamide treatment.The symptoms improvement,curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed.Results:The longest reflux time and reflux times of two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.018 6).Conclusion:mosapride combined with azintamide in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis has significant curative effect.关键词
