Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the application of patients with cholecystolithiasis combined with cholecystitis.Methods:173 patients with cholecystolithiasis combined with cholecystitis were selected.They were divided into the two groups.Open surgery and laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery were performed respectively,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Results:The amount of bleeding, pain score, length of incision, operation time, time to get out of bed,time of resuming peristaltic sound,and length of stay in the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 13.79%,lower than that in the control group of 32.18%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the application of patients with cholecystolithiasis combined with cholecystitis is obvious.关键词
