摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:100 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given intravenous infusion of ofloxacin injection.The observation group was given intravenous infusion of levofloxacin hydrochloride injection,metronidazole was applied when suspected anaerobic bacteria infection.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than that in the control group of 78%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2%,which was lower than that in the control group of 8%.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin hydrochloride for the treatment of gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease has significant effect with less adverse reactions.关键词
