Clinical curative effect experience of intravenous infusion and inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of intravenous infusion and inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:60 patients with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group was given inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with intravenous injection of ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.We compared the efficiency of neonates in the two groups.Results:The treatment effective rate in the observation group was 90%,significantly higher than that in the control group of 70%,with significant statistically difference(P<0.05).The improvement of PaO2 in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,intravenous infusion and inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride can get significant effect.关键词
