摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of oral folic acid on micro inflammatory state of patients with hemodialysis.Methods:88 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given folic acid tablets 15 mg one day for 3 months.The control group was not given folic acid treatment.The serum C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a),interleukin 1(IL-1) were detected,and the micro inflammatory state was evaluated.Results:The CRP、IL-6、TNF-a、IL-1 of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Folic acid supplementation in maintenance hemodialysis patients can improve the micro inflammatory state.关键词
