Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of early severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:28 SAP patients in ICU ward were selected.They were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 14 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment.The treatment group was given Xuebijing injection 100 mL on the basis of the control group for 7 days,2 times one days.The mortality,hospitalization time,APACHE Ⅱscore and laboratory indexes of PCT,CRP were compared between groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the mortality of the observation group was reduced;the average ICU hospitalization time was reduced;the APACHE II score and PCT,CRP and other indicators were also significantly reduced.Conclusion:Xuebijing injection in the treatment of early severe acute pancreatitis shows the effective treatment effect.关键词
