针刺触发点结合易罐治疗粘连期肩周炎疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture trigger point combined with Yiguan treatment on viscous phase shoulder periarthritis.Methods:120 patietns with viscous phase shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The observation group was given acupuncture myofascial trigger point and Yiguan stretch therapy.The control group was given massage and cupping therapy.Before the beginning of the experiment,treatment for 10 days,20 days,30 days,40 days,5 days,60 days,the NRS values,JOA shoulder joint disease treatment results of two groups were determined.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the pain and shoulder joint movement function of the observation group and the control group were significantly improved than those before treatment(P<0.05).The curative effect of acupuncture myofascial trigger point and Yiguan stretch therapy was better than that of traditional massage and cupping in the treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Conclusion: The muscle trigger points around the shoulder joint of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis have certain correlation with the corresponding acupoints.The acupuncture myofascial trigger point and Yiguan stretch therapy in the treatment of viscous phase shoulder periarthritis has an obvious treatment effect.关键词
