Diagnostic value of fiberbronchoscope in the diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of fiberbronchoscope in the diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis.Methods:50 patients with bronchial tuberculosis were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The main clinical symptoms of 50 patients were cough and expectoration.X-ray results showed patchy infiltration in the lung and atelectasis.The fiberbronchoscope results showed the inner bud multiplication type was the main.The positive rate of smear acid fast bacilli was the highest.Conclusion:Fiberbronchoscope had significant meaning in the identification and diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis.关键词
