超声诊断胆囊结石并发急性胰腺炎的效果分析
Analysis of the effect of ultrasonic in the diagnosis of gallstone complicated with acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gallstone complicated with acute pancreatitis.Methods:45 patients with gallstone complicated with acute pancreatitis who were checked by ultrasonography were selected.The gallbladder size,gallbladder wall thickness,gallbladder stone,size,shape and surrounding of the pancreas were observed,and the data were compared and analyzed.Results:In 45 patients with gallbladder stone complicated with acute pancreatitis,36 cases with multiple gallbladder stones(80% ),among them 32 patients with diameter less than 0.9 cm small stones(88.9%),4 cases of large stones with diameters larger than 0.9 cm(11.1%).Conclusion:For cholecystolithiasis complicated with acute pancreatitis underwent ultrasound diagnosis,not only can accurately detect the size and the number of stones,to find the cause of the development of acute pancreatitis,but also to provide scientific imaging diagnosis for the effective development of cholecystectomy.关键词
