Abstract
Objective:To explore the related risk factors of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods:From blood lipid,blood glucose, leukocyte,C-reactive protein,uric acid,carotid artery ultrasound and transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD) and other respects,67 cases of progressive and complete cerebral infarction were compared.Results:The blood glucose,C-reactive protein,uric acid, hypertension history,diabetes history,internal carotid artery intracranial segment stenosis,middle cerebral artery stenosis,vertebral artery stenosis and carotid atherosclerotic plaque of the progressive group were compared with those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood glucose,C-reactive protein,uric acid,hypertension history, diabetes history,internal carotid artery intracranial segment stenosis,middle cerebral artery stenosis,vertebral artery stenosis and carotid atherosclerotic plaque can be used as the clinical risk factors of progressive cerebral infarction.关键词
