Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes of pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary dis-ease(COPD) before and after bronchial dilation test.Methods:140 patients with COPD were selected,in which 24 cases of Ⅰ grade, 64 cases of Ⅱ grade,45 cases of Ⅲ grade,7 cases of Ⅳ grade.Before and after bronchial dilation test,1 s forced expiratory vol-ume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1%,6 s forced expiratory volume(FEV6),FEV1/FVC and FEV1/FEV6 of different classifi-cations were compared.The correlation between FEV6 and FVC,FEV1/FEV6 and FEV1/FVC were analyzed.Results:After drug ab-sorption,FEV1,FEV6,FEV1% ,FVC,FEV1/FEV6,FEV1/FVC of all patients were elevated.Before and after bronchial dilation test, FEV1,FEV6,FEV1% ,FVC of different classifications were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). FEV1/FEV6,FEV1/FVC of Ⅱ grade,Ⅲ grade before and after bronchial dilation test were compared,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).FEV6 and FVC,FEV1/FEV6 and FEV1/FVC had correlation.Conclusion:FEV1、FEV1%、FVC、FEV6 can be as the improve performance indicators of COPD patients after bronchial dilation test,particularly FEV1, FEV1% advan-taged obviously.FEV6 and FEV1/FEV6 may be used to replace FVC and FEV1/FVC for the diagnosis of COPD patients.关键词
