Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of ECG in the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods:79 patients were given ECG and ultrasound examination.We compared the results of the examination.Results:In 79 cases,77 cases were diagnosed as left ventricular hypertrophy.71 cases were diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy by ultrasound,and the coincidence rate was 92.21%.69 cases were diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy by ECG,and the coincidence rate was 89.61% .There was no significant difference in the coincidence rate between ECG and ultrasound examination(P>0.05). Conclusion:ECG was simple for diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy,and the diagnostic compliance rate was high.关键词
