摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between serum lipid levels and acute physiology and APACHE Ⅱ and prognosis of critically ill patients in department of internal medicine.Methods:210 patients in the department of internal medicine were se-lected.According to the APACHE Ⅱ score,they were divided into 3 groups.According to the clinical outcome,they were divided into the survival group and the death group.We compared the blood lipid differences.Results:The level of TC and HDL-C in pa-tients decreased with the increase of APACHE Ⅱ score,the differences of LDL-C and TG were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the death group,APACHE Ⅱ score was significantly higher than that in the survival group(P<0.001);TG,TC and HDL-C were significantly lower than the survival group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HDL-C,TC can reflect the severity of the disease assessed by APACHE Ⅱ.Low blood lipid levels may have important reference value for prognosis prediction.关键词
