Discussion on strengthening blood samples collection work to improve the clinical test quality

Abstract
Objective:To explore the feasible measures of strengthening blood samples collection work to improve the clinical test quality.Methods:590 cases of blood samples of inpatients were collected.The collection process and collection specification were in strict accordance with the unified system of hospital setting.The unqualified samples were given comprehensive record.The causes were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were summarized.Results:36 cases(6.10%) were unqualified blood samples.The unqualified causes and cases were 11 cases(30.56% ) of imprecise sample size,10 cases(27.78% ) of hemolysis,7 cases(19.44% ) of sample solidification,6 cases(16.67% ) of wrong anticoagulation,2 cases(5.56% ) of other reasons.Conclusion:Clinical blood sample collection work problems mainly include the imprecise sample size,hemolysis,coagulation and wrong anticoagulation and other reasons.In the clinical blood collection process,it should be by medical personnel in strict accordance with the relevant standard execution,guarantee the blood collection work quality.关键词
