Observation and nursing of adverse reaction of painless gastroscopy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the adverse reaction of patients and specific nursing measures in painless gastroscopy.Methods:188 patients with painless gastroscopy were selected.The intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions cases,the type of adverse reaction and nursing measures were observed.Results:54 cases(26.16% ) of patients had adverse reaction,and some patients needed to be repeated.After the nursing work according to the adverse reaction types and situation of patients,the patient's situation had been reduced.Conclusion:Although the effect of is painless gastroscopy better,but some patients will still appear strong adverse reaction.Therefore,we should give comprehensive comfortable nursing for patients before operation,during operation,after operation,so as to reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions in patients,improve the nursing ability of nursing staff.关键词
