协同护理模式在心内科护理当中的应用体会
Experience of the application of collaborative nursing model in nursing of the department of cardiology

Abstract
Objective:To discuss and analyze the application effect of collaborative nursing model in nursing of the department of cardiology.Methods:178 inpatients in the department of cardiology were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups. The control group used professional nursing,while collaborative nursing model was adopted in the treatment group on the basis of the control group.The length of stay,the patient's satisfaction with nursing service and the treatment compliance of the patients during hospitalization were compared.Results:The average hospital stay was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group.The compliance of patients with active treatment,the average score,nursing service satisfaction were higher than the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of collaborative care model for patients in the department of cardiology not only can effectively make patients recover quickly,but also can increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing service.关键词
