截肢术加化疗治疗骨肉瘤的护理探析
Discussion on nursing care of patients with osteosarcoma treated by amputation and chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on patients with osteosarcoma treated by amputation and chemotherapy.Methods:21 patients with osteosarcoma were selected.They were treated by amputation and chemotherapy,at the same time,taking comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical results were compared.Results:All patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years.11 patients died on the third year after surgery,and the rest of the 9 patients did not have metastatic lesions and survived.Conclusion:In patients with osteosarcoma,amputation combined with chemotherapy can achieve significant therapeutic effect,and it can improve the quality of life of patients by taking targeted nursing intervention.关键词
