妊娠合并急性胰腺炎患者的护理体会
Nursing experience of pregnancy combined with acute pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of patients with pregnancy combined with acute pancreatitis,and to explore the rationality and effectiveness of clinical comprehensive treatment and nursing.Methods:The data of 20 patients with pregnancy combined with acute pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed,and the nursing effect was analyzed.Results:17 patients with lighter illness were given conservative treatment,and continued to pregnancy until discharge.3 patients with severe disease were given cesarean section and transferred to hepatology for treatment.All patients were cured.Conclusion:According to the different conditions of patients with pregnancy combined with acute pancreatitis,taking appropriate treatment options and taking holistic nursing measures have important clinical application value on controling disease progression and promoting the physical rehabilitation of patients.关键词
