摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of extended nursing care in patients with bladder cancer treated by uri-nary diversion and abdominal stoma.Methods:80 patients with bladder cancer treated by urinary diversion and abdominal stoma after total cystectomy were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with routine discharge follow-up nursing,and the observation group used extension of nursing.The patients were assessed with brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),self rating depression scale (SDS),self rating anxiety scale(SAS) and quality of life questionnaire.Results:The overall health status,functional sub scale and the quality of life were compared with the average scores of all the parameters and the average social support score of the control group were lower than those of the observation group.The differences were statisti-cally significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Extended care services can effectively improve the health knowledge,treatment compliance and overall quality of life of patients with bladder cancer treated by urinary diversion and abdominal stoma,which greatly improve the patients's satisfaction with the quality of care.It is conducive to the establishment of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.关键词
