静脉输液过程中的护理缺陷分析及对策
Analysis and countermeasures of nursing defects in the course of intravenous infusion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes and countermeasures of nursing defects in the course of intravenous infusion.Methods:2 560 patients with intravenous infusion were selected and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Nursing defects occurred in 20 cases,and the incidence rate was 0.78% .19 nurses had nursing defects in the course of intravenous infusion. Conclusion:Improving the system,strengthening the study of prevention of medical disputes,improving the consciousness of prevention of nursing staff,strengthening the management of hospital infection control and strengthening the communication with patients were important measures for prevention of nursing defects in the course of intravenous infusion.关键词
