Comparison of Efficacy and Safety of Metoprolol and Bisoprolol in Treatment of Diastolic Heart Failure
目的：比较美托洛尔与比索洛尔治疗舒张性心力衰竭的疗效和安全性。方法：150例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为A组（75例）和B组（75例）。两组患者均给予阿司匹林、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素受体拮抗药、钙拮抗药、利尿药及强心药等常规治疗。在此基础上，A组患者给予酒石酸美托洛尔片初始剂量6.25 mg，口服，每日2次，根据病情改善情况及耐受性酌情加量至100～200 mg，口服，每日2次；B组患者给予富马酸比索洛尔片初始剂量1.25 mg，口服，…查看全部>>
