摘要

Abstract

The authors aim at exploring and designing a new learning mode-blended learning mode which reflects the concept of new curriculum reform by taking for an example the course of Basic Principles of Educational Technology for education master's degree in modern educational technology at Ningxia University.The paper discusses the function of each part in detail and then puts the mode into teaching practice of this course.We made an empirical study of the practice effect by follow-up, observation,survey and interview to promote the transformation of the mode of learning and teaching in universities in western regions,improve learners'learning ability in all aspects,and optimize the process of teaching and learning.
