磁共振成像检查中不同b值弥散加权成像对前列腺癌的应用价值
The application value of different b value diffusion-weighted imaging of prostate cancer in MRI examination

Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) technique for two factors of T2WI and different b value in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods: 29 cases of prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy were analyzed retrospectively, who underwent axial T2WI and DWI scanning for b value (1000 s/mm2). Of them, 21 cases performed DWI scanning for ultra high b value(2500 s/mm2). 2 magnetic resonance(MR) doctors interpreted the imagine separately and consulted together to determine T2WI value and diagnostic result of DWI in different b value.Results: The diagnosis rate of DWI scanning for prostate cancer in ultra high b value (2500 s/mm2) was 80.95%. The diagnosis rate of DWI scanning in b value (1000 s/mm2) was 72.41%. The diagnosis rate of DWI scanning in ultra high b value (2500 s/mm2) was the highest.Conclusion: DWI scanning in ultra high b value (2500 s/mm2) can improve the detection rate and accuracy of diagnosis for prostate cancer. It has a good value for clinical application.关键词
