Abstract
Objective:To improve the utilization efficiency and benefit of the equipment, reduce the blindness investment in large-scale medical equipment, and provide scientific basis of purchasing equipment for the future.Methods: We adopted the total cost accounting method of the cost management, investment payback period and recovery rate method of the economic benefits, statistical analysis of the social benefits. Results: The investment payback periods of CT, MRI, LA, DR, Color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus and Excimer laser treatment system are 1.5, 3.5, 2.7, 1.9, 2.3, 2.1 years. The recovery rates of CT, MRI, LA, DR, Color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus and Excimer laser treatment system are 66.6%, 28.3%, 33.2%, 51.6%, 43.8%, 48.7%. Conclusion:It is a scientific basis to the feasible analysis and economy profit analysis of large scale armamentarium before purchasing and after using. Meanwhile, it can reduce the blindness investment in large-scale medical equipment with configuration management of medical services needs assessment equipment.关键词
