中药单体对db/db小鼠糖尿病肾脏保护作用的研究进展OA
Progress in Research on Protective Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Monomer on Diabetic Kidneys of db/db Mice
糖尿病肾病的发生发展过程中有多重调控机制共同参与作用，本文综述了中药单体中的有效成分在抑制相关通路关键蛋白的表达、降低氧化应激水平和细胞因子的过度表达、调控细胞转导通路方面，对糖尿病并发的肾脏损伤起到的保护作用，进而延缓肾病发展进程。
Multiple regulatory mechanisms participate in the pathogenesis and progress of diabetic nephropathy. This paper reviews the protective effect of traditional Chinese medicine components on diabetic kidney by inhibiting the expression of essential proteins for the relevant pathways,decreasing the oxidative stress level,controlling the overexpression of cytokine and regulating the cellular transduction pathways,so as to delay the progression of diabetic nepharopathy.
