摘要

Abstract

Themethane oxidizing bacteriawasisolated from lake bottom sediment andthecorresponding DNA sequencingwascarriedout. Experimentofinteraction between methane oxidizing bacteria-water-rock was conducted in a self-developed reactor system,andvariations of the number of microorganismsand themassconcentration of HCO3−were analyzed, respectively. Finally, rock sliceswereviewedwithscanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the cultured methane oxidizing bacteria belongsto pseudomonas genus. HCO3−produced after bacteria injected into the reactor. Changes ofmassconcentration of HCO3−have certain correlation relationship with the number and microbial activity of microorganism. Intermediateminerals, including amorphous ankerite, bright columnar of carbonate and feldspars, are precipitated on the surface of quartz sandstone.
