摘要

Abstract

The hypereutectic AlSi27 alloywas prepared by spray-formed process. The microstructure and thermal expansion behavior between room temperatureand500℃of hypereutectic AlSi27 alloywere investigated. The results show that the primary Si phases are uniform distribution in the spray-formed AlSi27 alloy, and the primary Si phase grows form fine spherical particle to bulky spherical particle or strip-likephase withtheincrease ofaging temperature. Thecoefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) between room temperatureand100℃of the AlSi27 alloy increases gradually withtheincrease ofaging temperature. On the other hand, the CTE at different cycling temperature is almost linearly increased withtheincreaseoftemperature, and agreed well with the Kerner model.
