摘要

Abstract

The galling behavior on the tool/HSS interface was investigated by numerical simulation and experimental test. Theresultsshowthat two typical contact pressure responses, called transient response andsteady-state response, correspondto the galling zone: 0−10°and30−50° at die radius respectively. Besides, the evaluation indexRyon the region of 0−10°and30−50° at die radiusislarger than the other zones after 200 bending times, which refers to thegalling zone. The experimental results coincide well with the numerical simulation results, which certifiesthe validity and feasibility of those two methods.
