摘要

Abstract

The finite element model of the transmission mechanism with clearance considering the contact and collision under the impact loads was established by using the Coulomb’s friction, and simulation results are in good agreement with experiment results, which can accurately simulate the dynamic characteristics of the transmission mechanism. The result indicates that large elastic deformation and intense vibration under the impact loads at hinges take place. The clearance between journal and bearinghasan impact on the dynamic characteristics of the elastic transmission mechanism, itisindicatedthat the higher size of clearance, the higher contact force and more strong vibration.
