高速列车设备舱底板的辐射传热特性
Radiant heat transfer of high speed train equipment cabin bottom plate
摘要
Abstract
Numerical model was builtto analysethe effect of different wind velocities,initial temperature of bottom plat and radiant heat absorption rate on temperature changes and proportion of radiant heat absorption of bottom plate.The influence of regular radiantheat insulating coatings on temperature changes was investigated by experiments.The results show that the major heat transfer mode of bottom plate is the convection,butnot the radiation mode.In forced convection condition,i.e.the relative velocity between the train and the air reaches 5 m/sandradiant heat absorption rateis0.1, proportion of radiant heat absorption of bottom plate is less than 20%.In natural convection condition,i.e. whenthe radiant heat absorption rateis0.1,proportion of radiant heat absorption of bottom plate is less than 35% at the initial stage of temperature changing.Radiant heat absorption of real bottom plate of high-speed train is low compared to regular radiant heat insulating coatings.Extra radiant heat protectionmeasurements are not suggested.关键词
