Abstract
Hemiplegic shoulder pain is one of the most common complications in hemiplegia patients that caused by upper motor nerve syndrome, which is related with soft-tissue injury, impaired motor control (especially the change of muscle tone), the activity changes of peripheral and central nervous system, and its rehabilitation treatment includes modern physical medicine and rehabilitation, medication, traditional medicine and so on, comprehensive therapy is usually used in clinical practice, but the optimization of each methods to improve efficacy is the key point of clinical re-search.关键词
