Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of clearing heat and expelling damp herbals combined with ozone enema for damp-heat ul-cerative colitis. Methods:96 cases of patients with damp-heat ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into ozone group (31 cases), herbal group (33 cases) and combination group (32 cases), separately treated by ozone enema, clearing heat and expelling damp herbals and clearing heat and expel-ling damp herbals combined with ozone enema, observed the efficacy and safety. Results:The overall response rate of combination group was signifi-cantly higher than that of herbal group and ozone group (P<0.05);the occurrence of adverse reactions in each group was low and slight, which had no statistical significances (P>0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of clearing heat and expelling damp herbals combined with ozone enema for damp-heat ulcerative colitis is safe and effective.关键词
