集中连片特困地区贫困发生率的空间特征*--基于3D框架对武陵山片区的个案分析
Spatial Feature of Poverty Incidence in Centralized Consecutive and Special Poor Areas-A Case Analysis of Wuling Mountain Area Based on 3D Framework

Abstract
The poverty alleviation is important in a new round of poverty alleviation of China in consecutive and special poor areas,the poverty alleviation of consecutive poor areas is the main battlefield in the area poverty alleviation by the organized development of the areas.By choosing 41 counties with typical situation in Wuling Mountain area as the sample,by using the related data in China’s Rural Poverty Survey Report,this paper concludes that the remoter the distance from economic center is,the higher economic density based on area is,the more the poverty alleviation capital in a county is,the higher the poverty incidence is,which reflect the problems in the un-synchronization between economic development and poverty alleviation,insufficient economic growth motive in remote areas,poverty alleviation capital use and poverty alleviation accuracy needed to be improved and so on.Therefore,China should change development mode,realize “double win”of county-region economic density and poverty alleviation performance,narrow the economic distance between remote areas and central cities,set up and perfect accurate poverty alleviation and coordinated poverty alleviation mechanism,and raise the use efficiency of poverty alleviation capital.关键词
