考虑纵坡与制动效应的钢桥面铺装粘结层剪应力响应特性
Shear stress in bonding layer of bridge-deck pavement considerin the effect of slope driving and braking

Abstract
In order to quest more detailed theoretic evidence for bonding-layer destruction of steel bridge,the shear stress in bonding layer was intensively analyzed using finite element method,considering the effect of slope driving,vehicle braking,overload,modulus and thickness of paving layers.The analysis results show that the effect of vehicle braking and overload is very significant for the stress response,using higher modulus material for the upper layer is positive to release the stress in bonding layer,using soft modulus material for the lower layer is helpful to reduce the stress response in bonding layer.Based the analysis results,a simplified calculation formula with various factors for shear stress in bonding lay-er is concluded,the simplified calculation formula can simply determine the shear stress lev-el in bonding layer under different factors,such as pavement structure parameters,material parameters,temperature conditions,ratio of overload and longitudinal slope.Through cont-rastive analysis of simplified calculation method and numerical calculation method,the re-sults indicate that the simplified calculation formula can meet the precision requirements.关键词
