摘要

Abstract

Considering the inherent flow pulsation of the radial piston pump in the work,a new thought of reducing the flow pulsation and a new method to reduce the noise of hydrau-lic system are introduced.Based on the measuring the instantaneous flow and fluctuation rate under the condition of radial-plunger pump,the parallel of odd and even,the best angel of paralleling with stagger phase is developed.Finally,a transient flow model of radial pis-ton pump and two parallel pumps under the condition of dynamic simulation are built in the MATLAB environment.Simulation results show that the pulsation of double pump output oil is 1/4 of the single pump and this method is practical and effective in reducing the flow of radial-plunger pump.
