基于多泵联合的径向柱塞泵流量脉动优化方法
Optimization method of radial piston pump flow pulsation based on multiple pump joint
摘要
Abstract
Considering the inherent flow pulsation of the radial piston pump in the work,a new thought of reducing the flow pulsation and a new method to reduce the noise of hydrau-lic system are introduced.Based on the measuring the instantaneous flow and fluctuation rate under the condition of radial-plunger pump,the parallel of odd and even,the best angel of paralleling with stagger phase is developed.Finally,a transient flow model of radial pis-ton pump and two parallel pumps under the condition of dynamic simulation are built in the MATLAB environment.Simulation results show that the pulsation of double pump output oil is 1/4 of the single pump and this method is practical and effective in reducing the flow of radial-plunger pump.关键词
