Screening and Identification of New High-Yielding Wheat Lines with Low Phytic Acid Induced by 60Co-γRadiation
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,it has emerged as a research hotspot that crop mutant lines with low phytic acid (LPA)are induced by radia-tion mutagenesis,which are subsequently used as materials to breed LPA varieties.In this study,by screening a large number of 60 Co-γradiated wheat seeds,we obtained 10 new wheat lines.Compared to their parental variety,the new wheat lines attained higher yield and had lower phytic acid content while having similar or earlier maturity time.These new wheat lines can be used as a new source of wheat germplasm for breeding LPA varieties in the future.关键词
