摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the change range of insertion force and the contact re-sistance of brush electric contact were too large and poor controllability because of the stochastic inserting,the structural improvements based on guiding inserting were proposed.Improved structure included single needle cluster coupling,butt coupling guide structure and single needle cluster spiral straightening.Insertion force and contact resistance test with 2 mm insertion depth for the before and after the improvement of the brush electric contact were carried out,and the results showed that the structural improvements of the brush electrical contact based on guiding inserting optimized the insertion force and contact resistance range of the brush electrical contact, the variance values of insertion force test data of the brush electrical contact for the before and af-ter the structural improvements were 0.39 and 0.003,and the variance values of contact resist-ance test data of the brush electrical contact for the before and after the structural improvements were 0.41 and 0.008.The brush electrical contact based on guiding inserting can improve the de-sign of the structure,improve the performance of brush electrical contact,and can also provide a certain reference on the parameter design of brush electric contact.
