Research Development of High Temperature Chlorine Corrosion in Waste Incineration Boilers

Abstract
Waste incineration is a kind of main method for present garbage disposal and high temperature chlorine corrosion is always the research hot point .Therefore ,this paper summarizes research development of high temperature chlorine corro‐sion in waste incineration boilers and considers the main reason for high temperature chlorine corrosion is HCl gas corrosion and molten salt corrosion .It also analyzes characteristics of high temperature chlorine corrosion and influencing factors and draws a conclusion that alkali chloride and high temperature can accelerate corrosion speed .It summarizes safeguard proce‐dures for waste incineration boilers which are using nickel‐chromium alloy coating or adding additives containing sulfur and aluminum to reduce corrosion speed and play a role of protection .关键词
