消纳大规模风电并网的多目标鲁棒调度
Multi-objective Robust Dispatching for Large-scale Wind Power Grid-connection Absorption

Abstract
Considering all error scenarios of wind power in fluctuation range ,a multi‐objective robust dispatching model for excellently adapts to all error scenarios under prediction scenario is established .On the one hand ,extreme scenario method is used for identifying effective scenarios which could simplify the model and on the other hand ,fuzzy evaluation method is used to change multi‐objective problem into single‐objective problem and takes average value of degree of satisfaction of two objects as the target function .Example analysis is carried out in twelve unit systems .Comparison of power vacancy between traditional dispatching and robust dispatching proves that the latter is able to better adaptive to uncertainty of wind power . Meanwhile ,it is verified that multi‐objective optimization based on fuzzy evaluation method can give consideration to both economy and environmental protection and makes both sides obtain higher degree of satisfaction .关键词
