Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of indapamide combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicating by coronary heart disease.Methods 128 cases of hypertension complicating by coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group (n=64) and control group (n=64) according to the random number table.Observation group was treated with indapamide combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets,while control group was treated with nifedipine controlled released tablets,and the treatment lasted 12 weeks in both groups.Made a comparison of efficacy,blood pressure,blood lipid,hs-CRP,ET-1,and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate in observation group (93.75％) was significantly higher than that in control group (78.13％),with statistically significant difference (x 2=6.4646,P＜0.05).After treatment,DBP and SBP in both groups significantly decreased (P＜0.05),DBP and SBP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).LDL-C,TG,and TC in observation group significantly decreased after treatment (P＜0.05),and significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).Plasma hs-CRP,ET-1 in observation group significantly decreased after treatment (P＜0.05),significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment course.Conclusion Indapamide combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicating by coronary heart disease has striking clinical efficacy,safe and reliable,with important research value.关键词
