Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of cluster intervention in reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers in patients with pelvic fracture.Methods 60 cases of pelvic fracture in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly selected,and divided into study group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to different nursing methods.Control group received conventional nursing intervention,while study group received cluster nursing intervention.Observed the clinical nursing efficacy of two groups,and analyzed the effect of cluster intervention on the incidence of pressure ulcers.Results After nursing,the incidence of Ⅰ phase pressure ulcers in study group was 20.0％,the incidence of Ⅱ phase pressure ulcers was 6.7％,those in control group were 30.0％,13.3％;hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction,the rate of complications in study group were significantly better than those in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions In clinical nursing for patients with pelvic fracture,cluster nursing intervention has good clinical nursing effect,which plays an important role in reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers,has positive influence in clinical recovery of patients.关键词
