社区康复干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量及情绪的影响观察
Effect of community rehabilitation intervention on survival quality and emotion of patients with hemiplegia after apoplexy

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of community rehabilitation intervention on the survival quality and emotion of patients with hemiplegia after apoplexy.Methods Randomly selected 150 patients with hemiplegia after apoplexy treated at two rehabilitation centers at Xiashan District and Chikan District from January,2014 to December,2015 were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group were routinely cared.The data of the experimental group were collected using survey table.The patients' life quality and emotion of the experimental group were intervened with questionnaire investigation,disease propaganda and education,psychological intervention,rehabilitation guiding,and providing rehabilitation intervention team.Both groups were followed up for 6 months after discharge.The ADL score and survival qluality were measured before intervention,1,3,and 6 month after discharge,respectively.Results 1,3,and 6 month after discharge,The ADL score and survival quality were better in the experimental group than in the control group.2 patients recurred apoplexy in the experimental group,with a recurrence rate of 2.67％ and 9 recurred in the control group,with a recurrence rate of 12.0％.After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS were better than before the intervention in both groups and in the experimental group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.01).Conclusions Community rehabilitation intervention for patients with hemiplegia after apoplexy can significantly improve their ADL,survival quality,and emotional state and should be applied further.关键词
