Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure.Methods 68 patients with cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure were selected from our hospital.The patients were numbered;in accordance with the even number,the patients were divided a control group and an observation group,34 cases for each group.The control group were conventionally treated;in addition,the observation group were treated with low molecular heparin calcium.The clinical curative effect and arterial blood gas changes were compared between these two groups before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate was 97.1％ in the observation group and 76.5％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).There were no statistical differences in arterial blood gas and pH between these two groups before the treatment (P＞0.05).There were great changes in PaCO2 and PaO2 in both groups and greater in the observation group than in the control group.After the treatment,there were statistical differences in PaCO2 and PaO2 between these two groups (P＜0.01).Conclusions Low molecular heparin calcium for patients with cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure is significantly effective and can significantly improve the patients' cardiopulmonary function,correct hypoxia,and enhance myocardial contraction force.It is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
