不正常航班旅客流恢复方法研究
ON PASSENGERS FLOW RESTORING METHOD FOR IRREGULAR FLIGHTS
摘要
Abstract
As the phenomenon in complaints and disputes caused by irregular flights getting increasingly worse and aiming at the actual demands of airlines in restoring the journey of the affected passengers,we proposed a passengers class-based passenger flow restoring model, which is targeted at minimising the cost of loss in restoring passengers journey,and presented the solutions applicable to the model as well. Using this model,the airlines can determine the priority of passengers to get the prior restoring sequence for passengers,this lowers the economical loss of the irregular flights,and gains good reputation on brand as well.Experimental results proved the practicality and effectiveness of the model.The airlines can quickly get optimised,feasible and economical passenger flow restoring solutions.关键词
