Abstract

With the machine tool industry, the demand for composite parts diversification and processing technology is growing, multi-axis machining for complex, multi-channel control technology has become an important feature of CNC technology. In the numerical control system, the so-called single channel that can only run one program at the same time. The substance is a multi-channel parallel processing, which allows multiple programs running simultaneously at the same time or separately run, independently of each other. However, the existing multi-channel technology, the need to redesign the software architecture, development cycle, long-verification test cycles, and other shortcomings. In order to overcome the above drawbacks of this article provides a numerical control system, a single-channel and multi-channel switching control method, the method is developed in the secondary structure is based on a single channel CNC conducted to quickly achieve a single-channel and multi-channel free to switch control , and does not require additional hardware costs.
